My Role
As Founder and Project Lead of Dreamland Genesis, I directed all strategic initiatives and growth operations, managing a cross-functional team of 20 across various departments.
My role encompassed strategic partnership development, marketing campaign orchestration, and oversight of community management initiatives. Led high-level decision-making for product development, including pioneering batch minting implementation and utility structure design.
Directly managed relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners while steering brand narrative and community engagement strategies. Hands-on leadership in growth hacking initiatives and community building resulted in scaling to 15,000+ engaged members and establishing Dreamland Genesis.
